Exchange/ Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Aquamare purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit

For hygiene reason and upon the ministry of health request, make sure kids wear underwear before trying the swimming wear

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our merchandise, all items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with packaging and invoice. Kindly contact us at info@aquamare.co.il to inform us of your return package and please ship it by certified mail to the following address:

* All items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with packaging and invoice, with a registered mail to be able to monitor the returned items.

* Returned items should be in clean condition when not in use, not washed, and must have original tags

* Swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted

*Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event that the goods are lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returns. 

* Refund is contingent upon costing the product over ILS 50.

* For a product that costs under ILS 50, you will send a coupon code to redeem on the site

* A monetary credit will be given after the product is sent back by registered mail, accompanied by the receipt, and provided that it is not used to use at our online store

* We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received.

*Aquamare makes reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after we receive the returned products. Your refund will be made to the credit/debit card or PayPal™ account you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes, or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded Aquamare (if you buy outside Israel)

* If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund

Exchange Policy

* Each "Aquamare Swimsuit" is a limited edition and we cannot guarantee that a specific size or color is available for change. If the size and/or style you request is not available, you can change it or will be awarded a credit

* The exchange of your swimwear purchase is free of charge, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

* To exchange or return your purchase you kindly contact us at info@aquamare.co.il within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your request. The reason for the replacement must be mentioned in the email, as well as a picture if necessary, and the invoice you received at the time

* Once you receive an email confirmation that we received your request, please ship the item(s) you are returning to the address below within 7 days. Include your invoice along with a note requesting an exchange.

Manufacturing fault

If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at info@aquamare.co.il please state the nature of the problem and (when possible) enclose a photo of the faulty item.

Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be a manufacturing fault. If you qualify for an exchange we will attempt to replace it with the same product. If we cannot fulfill this replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item or a suitable replacement

Costs for Return:

Aquamare is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product

 

Customs, duty & taxes:

Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
